Thank goodness for Kelly! Kelly came highly recommended from several different sources. There is a reason for that. We had the pleasure of working with Kelly Rosenberg during our recent Sarasota home purchase. From our first meeting to closing, Kelly was genuinely accommodating and gracious. Since we are from out-of-state, we were totally unfamiliar with Florida's procedures but Kelly led us easily through every step of the way and made the entire process effortless. Kelly was personable and professional and always quick to follow through on each phase of the process in a very organized manner. Her responses and insights were candid, which we especially appreciated, and she had very keen knowledge of the market. Kelly helped us purchase our beautiful new home. As a referral agent, I personally see many agents and what their skill set is. She has a great set of skills and her knowledge certainly helped us purchase our home for the price we wanted to pay. We were involved with extended negotiations and Kelly’s great personality never waivered through all of the ups and downs. She maintained her professionalism through it all. Kelly was my agent and helped me find the perfect vacation home in Sarasota. Her knowledge of the real estate market in that area is exceptional.
