We had the pleasure of working with Kelly Rosenberg during our recent Sarasota home purchase. From our first meeting to closing, Kelly was genuinely accommodating and gracious. Since we are from out-of-state, we were totally unfamiliar with Florida's procedures but Kelly led us easily through every step of the way and made the entire process effortless. Kelly was personable and professional and always quick to follow through on each phase of the process in a very organized manner. Her responses and insights were candid, which we especially appreciated, and she had very keen knowledge of the market. She displayed great patience and communication until the very end and was certainly one of the most efficient and pleasant agents we have ever dealt with. She definitely stands out as being "ahead of the curve" and we would highly recommend her!

She has a great set of skills and her knowledge certainly helped us purchase our home for the price we wanted to pay.
