443 John Ringling Blvd, Suite F, 2nd level,Ready to give her clients hands-on help, Kelly Rosenberg is a premier agent in country club communities and also specializes in waterfront and barrier island properties in the Sarasota region. Moving from Connecticut to Sarasota during college demonstrated how gorgeous the locale is, and how vital fine living, stunning natural surroundings, and beach locations can be.
Earning her real estate license in 1989, Kelly has extensive knowledge of luxury living. First working as the Property Manager for the 200+ homes in the Longboat Key Club Rental Program before transitioning into living at renowned golf courses around the country due to her husband’s career as a Resort Executive, Kelly knows the ins and outs of beachfront properties as well as country clubs and gated communities.
Highly involved and an avid golfer, she’s proud to say that her niche is country club communities while her love of the beach and waterfront properties gives her a special passion for the barrier island locations.
Kelly first earned her B.A. in Political Science and then a Post Baccalaureate Teacher Licensure Degree before working as a schoolteacher for several years. This gives her a diligent, thoughtful, and considerate approach that she carries with her to this day in real estate. Clients in particular love how motivated, attentive, prepared, and knowledgeable Kelly is, and appreciate the wealth of her understanding. Committed to her clients’ happiness above all, one of the most important parts of the process for Kelly is watching her client find their dream home.
She loves the communities in which she works. Moving back to Sarasota in 2012 gave Kelly special insight into the community at large, both in terms of work and play. The quality of life, year-round moderate climate, excellent golf courses, involved community life, beaches, theater, entertainment, and a top-tier restaurant scene are just a smattering of things she treasures about the area.
Visiting her adult children where they live all over the world is one of Kelly’s favorite things to do, in addition to her comprehensive charity work. She has been a former board member of non-profit organizations and a community hospital in Virginia and has chaired multiple fundraising endeavors for worthy causes. Today, she’s a strong supporter of Girls, Inc., the American Cancer Society, the Michael J. Fox Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Kelly brings to her clients the warmth, skills and professionalism honed from nearly 30 years of experience working with the public and providing people with the tools and expertise to reach their goals and exceed their expectations.
